  • Energy integration for emotional and physical release

What This Work Includes

Each session may incorporate:

  • Therapeutic massage
  • Myofascial release
  • Acupressure
  • Nervous system regulation techniques
  • Auriculotherapy
  • Energy-based bodywork (Reiki-informed integration)
  • Somatic emotional release support (when the body begins to release stored emotional patterns)
  • Therapeutic presence and guided awareness support

Emotional release may naturally arise during bodywork. When it does, the session provides a safe, grounded space for the body to process and integrate what surfaces.

Emotional & Somatic Release Support

The body stores more than physical tension.

It can also hold:

  • Stress patterns
  • Overwhelm
  • Grief
  • Long-term emotional strain

During deep therapeutic work, clients may experience emotional release such as:

  • sighing
  • warmth or movement through the body
  • emotional awareness or insight
  • spontaneous relaxation or release

This is approached with calm, grounded support—always within the scope of therapeutic bodywork.

Who This Is For

This work is supportive for individuals experiencing:

  • Chronic pain with emotional tension patterns
  • Stress that feels “stuck” in the body
  • Nervous system overload or shutdown
  • Physical tightness linked to emotional stress
  • A desire for deeper mind-body integration

Important Note

This work is not psychotherapy or counseling.

It is integrative therapeutic bodywork that supports the body’s natural ability to release tension—physical, nervous system–based, and emotional.

  • Release
  • Integration

Recommended Care Plan for bodywork

While every session is beneficial on its own, lasting change typically comes from consistency and progressive release of long-held tension patterns.

Most clients experience the best results when beginning with a structured short-term plan before transitioning into maintenance care.

Initial Phase: Reset & Release

Recommended: 1–2 sessions per week for 2–4 weeks

This phase is designed to:

  • Begin releasing chronic tension patterns
  • Support nervous system regulation
  • Reduce pain intensity and frequency
  • Establish body awareness and response patterns

During this phase, sessions focus on deeper assessment and layered release work to help the body start letting go of long-held restrictions.

Integration Phase: Stabilization

Recommended: 1 visit every 1–2 weeks

Once the body begins responding and pain patterns decrease, sessions shift toward:

  • Reinforcing mobility and alignment
  • Supporting nervous system balance
  • Preventing re-tightening of chronic areas
  • Deepening relaxation and regulation response

This phase helps the body integrate the changes from the initial work.

Many of my clients remain here, with one session a week, as it allows them the set the tone for the week.

Maintenance Phase: Ongoing Support

Recommended: 1 session every 3–4 weeks

For long-term wellness, maintenance sessions help:

  • Manage stress accumulation before it becomes pain
  • Maintain mobility and ease in the body
  • Support nervous system balance
  • Address minor tension before it becomes chronic

This phase is ideal for clients committed to ongoing body awareness and prevention of recurring pain patterns.

Personalized Care

Every body responds differently.

Your care plan may be adjusted based on:

  • Pain levels and chronicity
  • Stress load and lifestyle demand
  • Physical activity or injury history
  • Nervous system response to bodywork

The goal is always to support sustainable, long-term change—not temporary relief.
