Each session may include therapeutic massage using alternating pressures as needed or requested: medium to firm, alternating with deep tissue and other holistic techniques, as well as myofascial release, acupressure, nervous system regulation methods, auriculotherapy, and energy-based bodywork with Reiki-informed integration. Support for somatic emotional release may be offered when the body begins to let go of stored emotional patterns, along with therapeutic presence and guided awareness. 

Important note: this is not psychotherapy or counseling, but integrative therapeutic bodywork that helps the body naturally release physical, nervous system–based, and emotional tension.
