Greetings, my name is Dina Ramos, and I am the founder of Zen Massage Therapy & Holistic Wellness Center PLLC.

My commitment to assisting others has consistently been a fundamental aspect of my professional identity. I am dedicated to continuous learning and development to enhance my ability to serve those in need. With over 20 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, I have garnered extensive expertise in acute care for adult and geriatric patients, as well as in hospice and end-of-life care. The opportunity to support patients and their families during such pivotal moments has profoundly influenced my career, fostering enduring connections that I hold in high regard.

Throughout my professional journey, I have cultivated a passion for establishing meaningful interpersonal relationships. The trust bestowed upon me by my patients and their families has been both humbling and transformative. These experiences have imparted invaluable lessons that can only be acquired through practical engagement, such as the significance of being present, advocating for others, and fostering a safe and compassionate environment for healing.

My aspiration to enhance my education led me to explore a holistic approach to promoting overall well-being, marking a pivotal moment in my professional trajectory.

I obtained my Diploma as an Integrative Healing Arts Practitioner from the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts and became certified as a Hypnotist and Life Coach. Furthermore, I have undergone training in complementary modalities, including Auriculotherapy and Aromatherapy, ultimately specializing in Clinical Hypnotherapy. I take pride in being certified through the International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association (IMDHA).

In addition, I have completed all three levels of Reiki-Usui training, achieving the designation of Reiki Master and subsequently advancing to become a Reiki Teacher. Energy healing is integral to my practice as a natural intuitive and empathetic healer, seamlessly incorporated into every aspect of my work to enhance the depth and balance of each session.

As a Certified End-of-Life Doula with extensive hospice experience, I am privileged to support patients and their families through the intricate end-of-life process. This journey necessitates a profound level of care, addressing physical, emotional, and spiritual needs to facilitate a peaceful and meaningful transition.

Additionally, I am a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Texas. I derive great satisfaction from employing therapeutic touch to assist clients in alleviating physical stress, releasing tension, and addressing the energetic imbalances that affect the body. It is truly remarkable to witness the positive impact of healing touch on an individual’s overall well-being.
