Hello, my name is Dina Ramos, and I am the proud founder of Zen Massage Therapy & Holistic Wellness Center PLLC.

Helping others has always been at the core of who I am, and I constantly strive to learn and grow so I can better serve those in need. With over 20 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, I have worked extensively in acute care for adult and geriatric patients, as well as hospice and end-of-life care. Supporting patients and their families during such critical moments has deeply impacted me, leaving lasting connections that I hold close to my heart.

Throughout my career, I discovered my passion for building meaningful interpersonal relationships. The trust placed in me by my patients and their families has been both humbling and transformative. These experiences taught me invaluable lessons that can only be learned in the field, such as the importance of being present, advocating for others, and creating a safe, compassionate space for healing.

My desire to further my education led me down a different path—embracing a holistic approach to promoting overall well-being. This decision marked a turning point in my journey.

I earned my Diploma as an Integrative Healing Arts Practitioner from the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts, becoming certified as a Hypnotist and Life Coach. I also trained in complementary modalities like Auriculotherapy and Aromatherapy, ultimately specializing in Clinical Hypnotherapy. I am proud to be certified through the International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association (IMDHA).

In addition, I completed all three levels of Reiki-Usui training to become a Reiki Master and later advanced to become a Reiki Teacher. Energy healing plays a vital role in my practice as a natural intuitive and empathetic healer. It is seamlessly woven into every aspect of my work, adding depth and balance to each session.

As a Certified End-of-Life Doula with extensive hospice experience, I am honored to support patients and their families through the delicate end-of-life process. This journey requires a profound level of care, encompassing physical, emotional, and spiritual support to ensure a peaceful and meaningful transition.

Additionally, I am a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Texas. I find immense fulfillment in using therapeutic touch to help clients alleviate physical stress, release tension, and address the energetic imbalances that affect the body. It’s incredible to witness the impact of healing touch on a person’s overall well-being.
